At the proposal of the Plenary Court, the United Federal Assembly appoints the members of the Court Presidium for a two-year term of office. Members may be re-appointed to the same position only once. The President chairs the sessions of both the Plenary Court and the Administrative Commission. He/she also represents the FAC to the outside world.
For 2024, the United Federal Assembly appointed Vito Valenti as FAC President and Claudia Cotting-Schalch as FAC Vice-President.
