In addition to the decisions published in the DFAC Bulletin, other selected judgments are presented on the website of the Federal Administrative Court as reference judgments. These judgments are of particular relevance for certain areas of law.
The rubric does not cover all areas of law of the court. The selection of judgments in the area of asylum (Departments IV and V) is limited to decisions of practical relevance to certain countries of origin or Dublin states.
